LIZZIE GEOCARIS

Illinois born and Southern California raised, I am a professional dancer, NFL Cheerleader, and fitness trainer. I was the girl growing up who always had the most energy, so naturally dance was my calling. I was on a competitive dance team for 9 years, danced throughout high school, and then went on to further my studies at California Institute of the Arts, where I earned a BFA in dance.

In 2017, I was involved in a pretty major accident, which left me with a fractured C2 and other minor injuries. This accident caused my love for fitness, as I was in charge of rehabbing my body. Being in charge of strengthening my body all over again, I decided that I wanted to help others better themselves.

Through continued training both in the gym and dance studio, I continued to pursue my dance career over the next few years dancing and performing throughout the Los Angeles area. I have now relocated to the Miami, Florida area, where I can truly say I am living out my dreams as an NFL Cheerleader. I am currently in my rookie season as a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader!

Through everything the one thing I can and will ALWAYS say is in the words of John C. Maxwell, "Dreams don't work unless you do."
